About Us

Built on Pride & Performance

All American Concrete Coating is a Wisconsin-based floor coating company specializing in high-performance polyurea and polyaspartic floor systems. We coat garages, basements, commercial shops, patios, and just about any concrete surface that needs to look good and last.

Every job starts the same way: professional diamond grinding to prepare the surface for a permanent mechanical bond. No acid etching, no shortcuts, no DIY kits. We use Valence Protective Coatings — professional-grade polyurea and polyaspartic systems that outperform epoxy in flexibility, UV stability, chemical resistance, and cure time. That's not a sales pitch — it's chemistry.

When you call All American, you get Dave — the owner. Dave is on every job from the initial quote through the final topcoat. No subcontractors, no rotating franchise crews, no bait-and-switch. You deal with one person who takes personal responsibility for the result. That's how it should be, and that's how it works here.

Owner On Every Job

When you call Dave, you get Dave. The owner is on every single job from prep to topcoat. No subcontractors, no franchise crews.

Testimonials

What Our Clients Say

Dave did an incredible job on our garage floor. We went with the saddle tan flake blend and the whole floor looks like a showroom. He was done in a single day, cleaned up after himself, and the quality speaks for itself. Already told three neighbors about him.

Mike R.

River Falls Homeowner

★★★★★

“Professional from start to finish. You can hear the diamond grinder working and know the prep is being done right — not some acid etch shortcut. The coating is solid, the flake pattern is even, and our garage is the nicest room in the house now.”

Sarah K.

★★★★★

“We had our basement and garage done on back-to-back days. Both floors turned out beautiful. Dave was honest about pricing upfront, showed up on time, and the quality is obvious. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.”

Tom & Lisa W.

★★★★★

“Had a franchise company quote us first — they were vague on pricing and the sales guy couldn't answer technical questions. Dave came out, measured everything, gave us a straight number, and explained exactly what he was going to do. Night and day difference. The floor is perfect.”

FAQ

Common Questions

Most residential garage floors (2-car, standard) are completed in a single day — typically 6-8 hours from grinding to final topcoat. Larger or multi-area projects may take 2 days. You can walk on the floor in 24 hours and drive on it in 48.
Polyurea is the newer, better technology. It's 100% more flexible than epoxy (critical for Wisconsin freeze-thaw cycles), UV stable (won't yellow in sunlight), resistant to hot tire pickup, and cures much faster. Epoxy is rigid, yellows, peels from hot tires, and takes up to a week to cure. We use polyurea exclusively because it outperforms epoxy in every measurable category. Read our full comparison here.
Every installation starts with professional diamond grinding. We grind the entire floor to remove contaminants, existing coatings, and the weak surface layer of concrete. This opens the pores for a permanent mechanical bond. After grinding, we repair all cracks with flexible polyurea filler and patch any damaged areas. We never use acid etching — diamond grinding is the only method that creates a proper long-term bond.
Our 15-year limited warranty covers chipping, cracking, and peeling of the coating under normal residential use. We also include a separate lifetime warranty against UV fading — meaning the color won't yellow or chalk in sunlight, ever. The warranty does not cover damage from abuse, neglect, or improper chemical exposure. It's a real warranty, not a marketing gimmick.
Yes. The floor needs to be completely clear — vehicles, storage, shelving contents, tools, everything on the floor. If you have permanently mounted items like a water heater, furnace, or support posts, let Dave know during the quote and we'll plan around them. Tip: clear the garage the day before. It always takes longer than people expect.
Pricing depends on square footage and the condition of your concrete. We publish ballpark per-square-foot pricing on our website because we believe you deserve to know if we're in your budget before committing to a quote visit. An exact price requires a free on-site measurement and assessment to account for repairs, joint filling, and any special conditions. Call or text Dave at (715) 307-8302 for a straight answer.
In most cases, yes. Our polyurea systems are more moisture-tolerant than epoxy and create a seamless barrier that prevents moisture migration through the slab. Basements with visible standing water or active water intrusion may need drainage work first, but typical ground moisture vapor is well within what our systems handle. Dave will assess the moisture level during the free quote visit.
We serve western Wisconsin (River Falls, Hudson, Prescott, Ellsworth, New Richmond, Baldwin, Menomonie, and surrounding areas) and the east Twin Cities metro (Woodbury, Stillwater, Cottage Grove, Lake Elmo, Oakdale, Hastings, Eagan, Apple Valley, Lakeville, Farmington, Rosemount, and more). If you're within about 60 miles of River Falls, we can probably help. Give us a call.
